Melanie has over seven years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and previously led operations at a respected clinic north of Atlanta. A former inclusion teacher at Coralwood School, she is dedicated to supporting children with diverse needs and providing compassionate care to families in her community.

Michael, an Air Force veteran, serves as Chief Operating Officer at Evergreen ABA, overseeing daily operations to maintain the highest standards of client care. Drawing on his experience working with children with disabilities, he focuses on building efficient systems, empowering therapists, and ensuring seamless service coordination.
