Melanie has almost ten years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), obtaining her BCBA in 2020 and previously leading operations at a respected clinic north of Atlanta. A former inclusion teacher at Coralwood School, she is dedicated to supporting children with diverse needs and providing compassionate care to families in her community.
Michael Stearns
Owner & Chief Operating Officer
Michael, an Air Force veteran, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Evergreen ABA, where he oversees daily operations to ensure the highest standards of client care and organizational excellence. Leveraging his leadership experience and operational expertise, he develops and maintains efficient systems, fosters strong relationships with families, funding sources, and referral partners, and coordinates services to promote a seamless, high-quality experience for every client and stakeholder.
